Shop Policies

No sales. No coupon games. Prices reflct the wood, hardware, time, and skill it takes to do it right.

Fair, transparent, and the same for everyone.

Unless a listing is says READY TO SHIP, I build after you order.

Most orders are completed and shipped within 21 calendar days. Complex builds or specialty materials can take longer - I'll keep you posted.

Custom pieces can't be returned. For non-custom items:

• Contact me within 7 days of delivery.
• Ship it back within 14 days in original condition.
• Buyer pays return shipping unless I made a mistake or it arrived damaged.

If I mess something up, I'll make it right.

• Deposit: 50% or the cost of materials (whichever is greater) to reserve your slot.
• Balance due before pickup or shipment.
• Custom orders are final sale unless I made an error or it arrives damaged.
• I'll confirm details (dimensions, wood, engraving) before I start.

Need to change something? Reach out as soon as possible. Once I've purchased materials or started the build, changes may affect price and timeline.

I ship via USPS or UPS and send tracking when your order goes out. U.S. shipping only. Local pickup/delivery available around Chapin, SC.

If your package is damaged or goes missing, email at josh@tnfwoodwork.com within 7 days, and I'll help sort it out.

I only collect what I need to reply or fulfill your order - your name, contact info, and shipping address.

Payments are handled securely by Square/PayPal/other providers - I don't see or store card numbers.

I don't sell or share your information. Ever.
